Theatre and TV icon Jennifer Ellison (Phantom of the Opera) stars in this magical pantomime, stomping its way to Crewe's Lyceum theatre this Christmas! Take some magic beans, a beloved family cow, and some very grumpy giants, and you've got a stone-cold panto classic in Jack and the Beanstalk - featuring Crewe's own favourite dame Malcolm Lord!

What Is The Story?

There's a giant problem in Jack's village. Literally. As if scraping a living wasn't enough to worry about, the cruel giant is scaring everyone witless. But when Jack makes a bad deal by selling their beloved cow for a handful of magic beans, it provides a whole beanstalk of potential. The key to the village's freedom, Jack's opportunity for fortune, and even a shot at true love, could lie just beyond the top of that beanstalk... Can Jack defeat the evil giant and win the day?

Not for the kids - so just take them to a traditional panto

This was my first palladium Panto but I had heard much about them - definitely more of an adult Panto, than the traditional "he's behind you nonsense," and it didn't disappoint. If you have sense of humour, you'll love it - if you don't or are one of those easily offended soft type, don't go.. it's too much fun for you, sorry. :) ... Read more
